Sarah Linscott

Director of operations

Sarah is a NH native, raised in a multitalented family including 6 siblings.  Some of her earliest memories are helping her folks rehab old properties. She enjoyed thrifting and auctions, and soon developed an eye for staging homes in a cozy and creative environment.  Her early studies centered on social services and health care. She spent years as a Behavioral Health Technician, working with children with autism. Her next endeavor was a Mental Health Technician at a state run homeless shelter.  She counseled and prepared her clients for reentry into society, and often surprised them with comfort items that she found while thrifting.  While Sarah loved this rewarding career, she missed the challenges of working with her hands to create affordable, yet special homes for clients.  She soon met Chris when she assisted her partner Phil with property inspections and repairs.  Throughout the repair process, Sarah and Chris realized that they had common interests.  Chris soon hired Sarah to inspect and properly maintain his guest units. Over the next several years, the business thrived,  with a current client list of over 50 properties. .  Chris mentored Sarah every step of the way, and these kindred spirits have developed a trusting clientele.  His guidance provides Sarah broad insight as to what folks are looking for when they need a special vacation.  Her past experience counseling and assisting clients, coupled with her warm, caring personality, is most appreciated by clients. Sarah lives in Exeter with her her partner and his 3 sons.  She has a grown daughter nearby, and has a little grandson who is the love of her life.

Isabella Booth

Bella grew up in southern Maine and has vacationed throughout the New England coast, lake regions, and mountains her entire life. Throughout college she was able to travel the entire East coast and explore almost all major cities. She currently lives in Boston, MA, but frequently visits her family in Maine. As a recent graduate, she decided to take her 4 years of commercial real estate experience and combine it with her passion for travel by joining the Seacoast team. Bella’s top goal for year one after post-grad is to spend a month traveling Europe, and by year two own a STR of her own. She brings a fresh perspective to SVR with her passion for improving the guest experience through creativity. Bella has an eye for design in not only marketing, but home interiors as well. She uses her artistic side to optimize Seacoast’s properties and her finance degree to constantly improve occupancy through revenue management. Bella hopes to learn as much as possible about the short term rental business within this next year to not only make a positive impact on the company, but one day become as much of an industry leader as Chris and Sean. In her free time, Bella is likely playing pickup field hockey, cooking or baking, with her family on the lake, or out in the city trying new restaurants.
